Three meals a day very good,
Some fried some steamed, all kinds of food
Nasi goreng, fishball soup,
All belong to which food group?

If we didn't grow fat, I'd like to eat
And eat and eat and eat and eat,
Without even stopping to think
If too much calories are in my drink.

But now I have to do PT,
My food life has become busy
Less sugar, less fats, less oil, less flour,
Keeping fit and strong will give you power.

So now I will watch what I eat,
Keeping the fried stuff to a bit.
Now I finally finished writing,
That lollipop looks so inviting...

ONE-DISH HEALTHY MEAL

For this component, I would like to replace the Carrot Cake that I ate for breakfast on Day 2:


with this dish, Vegetarian Pizza:


This dish is definitely much healthier than the one I had on Day 2. Instead of being deep-fried like the carrot cake, the pizza was baked which means it contains much less oil. The pizza also contains only fresh vegetables and mushrooms along with cheese on a pizza base, as contrasted to the carrot cake which contains MSG, a flavouring agent. As the carrot cake is commercially cooked while the pizza is homemade, the pizza is healthier as it lacks chemical flavouring ingredients. The pizza also provides a variety of vegetables with crucial vitamins(e.g. Vitamin C from carrots) for our daily diets, unlike the carrot cake which only contains hints of spring onion.

Therefore, replacing the carrot cake with the vegetarian pizza will help improve my diet.
